Back in 2016,Ryan Pollard started a Smokehouse Barbeque Restaurant in Mosinee Wisconsin. Business was booming so He than opened his second location in Stevens Point, Wisconsin 2018. After 3 years in business, rent was increased and had to close his doors.
Not giving up, during covid, he then started his first Smokehouse Barbeque food truck in 2020 and found that being on wheels, he can now go anywhere and everywhere. Today he now owns 6 Franchised food trucks in Wisconsin and Florida. Ryan is now planning on franchising across the USA helping young entrepreneurs start up their dream of franchising and owning a food truck like Ryan did.
